I understand that APODHARMA MARKETING MANAGEMENT Trainers, Consultants, Coaches, Mentors, and specialists and services do not diagnose any health or psychological conditions. I hereby forever release and hold APODHARMA MARKETING MANAGEMENT and all of its officers, agents, employees, directors, executives, managers, successors and licensees harmless from any and all liability, encumbrances or responsibility for the outcomes of services provided.  Everything I have written and answered is true and correct. 

Intellectual Property: I understand that the information and materials presented in the programs of APODHARMA MARKETING MANAGEMENT are the intellectual property of the company or its contractors, are copyrighted and cannot be videotaped, recorded, or reproduced in any way. I understand that these services, seminars or training programs, do not provide medical advice or diagnosis of health conditions or replace medical advice. The owner, general manager, his/her organization and program leaders are not liable for any loss, health effect or other consequence of using or indirectly applying any technique or practice provided by these services, seminars, workshops and/or training programs. I willingly and freely cooperate with APODHARMA MARKETING MANAGEMENT and its assigned representatives regarding this execution of this agreement.

Testimonials: I give permission for my testimonial to be used and release APODHARMA MARKETING MANAGEMENT and all of its trainers, specialists, coaches, mentors, consultants, officers, agents, employees, directors, executives, managers, successors and licensees from any liability, legal or otherwise, for the use of my testimonial or story in books, websites, flyers, articles, media requirements and other legal uses without contract or fees.

Returns/Refunds/Cancellation: In the case that you are not satisfied with your purchase of products or services, the following terms apply:

• Consultancy, coaching and mentoring services conducted in-person or online are non-refundable once rendered or fulfilled. Package programs of training consultancy, coaching or mentoring may be partially refundable for the services unrendered/unfulfilled as for the date of refund request. Transaction fees and bank charges may be deducted from any partial refund amount.

• Workshops, seminars and training programs conducted online or in-person are non-refundable from 30 days before the scheduled program. Full refund can be made at least 30 days in advanced of a scheduled program, contingent to the fact that the organizer had not already invested in the preparation of the event. Workshops are available for a period of 30 days from the date of payment in your dashboard. If you do not avail/view the purchased program within the period of 30 days, it will expire. Expired and unviewed programs are also non-refundable however we can offer a 1-month extension period for viewing your purchased program upon request to apodharma@gmail.com.

• By purchasing the programs or services, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Shipping: APODHARMA MARKETING MANAGEMENT products, programs and services are delivered online through email, student dashboards and video conference platforms such as zoom, WhatsApp and Viber. Interruption of service is the liability and responsibility of the used platforms. Should there be any service interruption, an alternative platform will be provided by APODHARMA MARKETING MANAGEMENT within 60 days after date of interruption.

Reseller and Service Provider: I agree that the original terms and services of resold products, programs and services offered by APODHARMA MARKETING MANAGEMENT's collaborating partners and contractors will apply. I hereby forever release and hold APODHARMA MARKETING MANAGEMENT and all of its officers, agents, employees, directors, executives, managers, successors and licensees harmless from any and all liability, encumbrances or responsibility for the outcomes of products, programs and services provided.
